REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer a refund provided that all items are returned new, unused, in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.
The customer is responsible for arranging return postage with a courier of choice such as the Post Office and must obtain proof of postage to cover any issues.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return.
Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
